<p>This reminds me of a problem we have in my neck of the woods. We got an organization site for our department, open to all faculty and graduate students. We would like to have it available for alumni, as well. They’re an important part of graduate education and placement, and they like to feel in touch. BUT the university won’t let us have accounts for alumni. Or incoming students (accepted but don’t yet have IDs).
