I am 72 and already legally deaf. Hearing aids help some. Not the best.. I can no longer aford the best. Greatest breakthrough has yet to come. When Medicare declares hearing aids are a medical device and not a cosmetic luxury. Then maybe we will all hear better. By the way, I have had two (2) stapedectomies… didn’t work.
